year, family owned and operated business, proudly serving the construction materials industry.
We are seeking a highly motivated, technically capable Office Assistant to help out with book keeping, purchasing, human resources and month end procedures.
Candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools and have a strong accounting background.
This position is hourly ($19-$22, depending on qualifications) with hours from 8:
00 to 5:
00PM, part time work is possible.
Job Functions:
Manage and process accounts payable Responsible for payroll functions through outside services (Paychex) Provide accounting administration functions including bank reconciliations, maintenance contracts and month end reporting and financials.
Liaise with our accountant to provide monthly sale tax reports and General Ledger entries Skills Required:
Exceptional written and verbal communications Enthusiastic, passionate team player Expert skill in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of small business accounting systems:
(Sage 50 or Quickbooks) Recommended Skills:
Payroll and Account Payable experience College degree and/or equivalent Job Types:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
