There is an opening for a full time Customer Service Representative position.
This position entails PROFESSIONAL customer service assistance and SALES primarily via telephone (mostly inbound calls) and email; customer management and retention; order processing and billing through NetSuite (a business software); shipping and other office duties.
The perfect candidate MUST be eager to learn, MUST be a team player and MUST be comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for that ONE committed person who will complete our team and add excellence to our company.
HIRING PROCESS:
An initial interview will be conducted via phone call.
Any candidate who passes the phone interview will be scheduled to come to the office for a face-to-face interview.
During the second interview, the candidate will undergo a typing test, a spelling test, and a grammar test.
AIO is looking to hire a CSR as soon as possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
At least a high school graduate MUST be very fluent in English MUST have at least 2 years of call center customer service environment experience MUST be able to construct grammatically correct sentences.
Able to handle a 5-line phone system Advanced phone etiquette and excellent phone-handling skills MUST be able to type AT LEAST 35 WPM Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time under pressure Ability to thrive in a team environment Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to prepare shipments.
Must demonstrate EXCELLENT judgment, COMMON SENSE and great creative problem-solving skills Must have a very strong organizational skills Must be able to take and follow instructions Must be willing to take on additional office tasks Must possess exceptional attention to detail MUST be proficient in basic Microsoft Excel (sorting and filtering), Outlook and Word PREFERRED:
Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog Knowledge of NetSuite is an ENORMOUS advantage! Bachelor's Degree or AA Degree is highly preferred Proficient in Excel is another enormous advantage! COMPENSATION AND
