AR and Collection Experience.
Flexible Schedule.
Sage software experience.
Microsoft Office.
Positive Attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Duties:
Credit Processing and evaluation of new customers (Perform credit checks, credit approval, updating credit limits, daily review).
Responsible for collection and handling customers inquiries and reconciliation.
Identify payment discrepancies.
Maintain accounts in current status (Contact customer for collection/ reconciliation).
Assist in daily order/invoice filling.
Perform other duties as assigned.
