Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Greet and direct patients and visitors Patient INSURANCE verification Patient registration/check-out Enter patient data into the registration system Collect co-payments and deductibles Reconcile daily cash report Schedule patient appointments Answer telephone and respond to inquiry, direct caller to appropriate personnel or initiate a triage email for response by medical personnel Maintain supplies and cleanliness of front office Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in the performance of work assignments and duties Back Office:
Document patient's height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure Review and record medical history including current medications Perform phlebotomy and basic laboratory tests; prepare specimens for transport to laboratory Administer injections Assist in minor procedures Review physician orders, lab requests or follow-up needs with patients Maintain supplies and cleanliness of examination rooms Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in the performance of work assignments and duties COVID testing FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Job Types:
