We are looking for energetic team players with outstanding customer service skills who are passionate about coffee and people.
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere Gain and showcase knowledge of coffee preparation techniques using state of the art equipment including La Marzocco espresso machine Be knowledgeable about current coffee/drink offerings and accurately communicate information to guests Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes with precision, consistency and quality Prepare and assemble food offerings such as toasts Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payment transactions Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked store Comply with all food safety and health guidelines Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a culture of teamwork and ensure workflow efficiency Be willing to learn and adapt to new systems and methods Qualifications 1 year minimum specialty coffee experience required 1 year customer service experience required Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with customers Passionate about coffee and hospitality Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment High integrity with a great attendance record Must have early morning, evening and weekend availability Benefits Free drink per shift Discount on food items Compensation includes $16/hr plus tips Job Types:
