We are a specialty family owned home remodeler.
We are a Four Seasons Sunrooms, franchise which installs high-end sunrooms, patio covers and other exterior remodeling products in both residential and commercial applications.
Our growing business has an immediate need for an Office Assistant Hours per Week:
31-40 (Full time) 20- 30 (Part time/student can work with school schedule for correct candidate Pay Rate:
$17.
00 to $22.
00 hour (commensurate with experience).
All employees are eligible to participate in the company's bonus program paid bi-monthly.
Job
Responsibilities:
(training will be provided) Manage incoming/outgoing daily correspondence (mail, email, phones, etc.
) File invoices, mail, recurring bills and expenses for offsite bookeeper Schedule meetings, send and confirm meeting invites and appointments.
Assist with crew scheduling and manage office calendar, phone system Keep supply inventory, purchase as needed, bank-runs and misc.
errands as required from time to time Light filing & Misc.
office tasks Special projects as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Able to maintain a positive can-do attitude in a fast paced environment Self-motivated, highly-organized and detail-oriented Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Demonstrate ability to work independently, handling complex projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills Must have own reliable transportation and drivers license Job Types:
