Customer Service Phone Representative

Fullerton, CA Fullerton, CA Full-time Full-time $17 - $19 an hour $17 - $19 an hour Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to add to our team.
As a CSR, you will be responsible for a high inbound call and e-mail volume.
This position requires a high degree of problem-solving abilities, strong communication and follow up skills, as well as the ability to manage one's time independently.
Primary Job Duties - Answer heavy customer call volume:
provide product information, troubleshooting and warranty information.
- Respond to a high volume of customer e-mails in a timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution.
- Document and update customer cases after all interactions.
- File shipping claims and issue return authorizations - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide general administrative support to order processing and customer support teams.
- Outstanding organizational skills and excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, punctuation and ability to recall specific facts / processes quickly and efficiently.
Skills/Qualifications - Enjoys customer service - Ability to speak and write in English - Strong customer service and data entry experience - Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Call center experience preferred - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills - Ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow direction in a fast paced environment - Self-sufficient, highly motivated with desire to learn new proficiency - Enthusiastic self starter who contributes to the department's efforts by accomplishing related results as required - Strong dedication to problem solving and process improvements - Must be a true team player, personable, professional and flexible - Strong attendance compliance - Experience with UPS and Fedex websites - Understanding of E-Commerce What We Offer:
