What You'll Do As the Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing inside sales support to our Metrie Anderco customers.
You will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for our customers, and to develop customer relationships by fielding customer calls, entering orders, responding to any questions, and quickly resolving any issues or problems.
Plus, no cold calling! Key Relationships:
You will report directly to the Director and will be part of our Inside Sales team.
Location:
You will be based out of Fullerton, CA.
At a high-level, you will:
Answer customer phone calls and questions and enter orders Develop and maintain positive customer relationships Keep current on company products, sales procedures, and market conditions Maintain and keep current detailed records, reports, and customer data (filing as needed) Provide price quoting to customers and coordinate with onsite production department to facilitate the movement of sale through to production Collaborate within cross-functional teams; act as a liaison between operations and customers to manage expectations on delivery schedules and order fulfillment Who You Are You are the ideal candidate if:
You have a high school diploma - no experience necessary You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English You have a can do attitude and approach You are customer oriented.
