maintenance of patient records, scheduling of patients, maintaining appearance and order of dental office, treatment plans, and recall/recare system.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome patients, check in patients according to office protocol, verify and update patient information -Manage recall and inactive patient system -Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism -Schedule and confirm patient appointments -Collect payments from patients at time of treatment -Collect and accurately record insurance information from patients -Store records securely and in compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations -Update insurance information claims and predeterminations electronically, assist in resolution of insurance problems
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in dental office administration very helpful but will provide training -Superb interpersonal skills to communicate with patients and staff -Ability to prioritize and multi task -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Strong attention to detail -Strong organizational skills -Experience with Eaglesoft software very helpful but not necessary Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
