The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:
30am-5:
30pm.

Overview of
Job Description:
Provide General Administrative support to the Design Team working in Excel spreadsheets.
Create, modify, and review Wholesale and WCGB customer sheets and cost sheets for distribution.
Maintain spreadsheets for project tracking and assist with collecting and compiling documentation paperwork for Exporting.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create and modify customer sheets for all customers (Wholesale and WCGB) and assist with presentation preparation.
Assist with presentation preparation including, but not limited to, customer book and gift setup and review.
Create and update the distribution sheets for all customers (Wholesale and WCGB).
Check and update all final cost sheets for accuracy.
Provide administrative support to the Export team by obtaining and compiling all the necessary information and documentation to complete the process from commit to shipment.
Request and update new item part numbers and ensure items are correct in all Excel databases (New Macola Numbers Spreadsheet, Central Pricing, SS Main).
Secondary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist with Checking Spreadsheet to database postings for accuracy.
Update and review the pre-approved subs spreadsheet (PAS) for all build requirements.
Facilitate the nutrition label and gift label requirements for applicable gifts.
Assist and coordinate with vendors and internal departments to meet Export program timelines.
Assist with presentation preparation including, but not limited to, customer book and gift setup and review.
Administrative and Other
Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining and updating all customer files and folders.
Assist Design team with administrative tasks, as needed.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Typing minimum 40 WPM Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook Ability to multi-task Ability to prioritize a very busy workload.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be available for Overtime work as required (both voluntary and mandatory).
