From the inception of a project to its completion, you oversee all details and ensure that everything falls into place.
You attend kick-off meetings for new jobs and guarantee that proper documentation is available.
Your attention to detail is evident as you ensure that elevations are complete, acquire approvals, and develop checklists for customers.
You work closely with the production manager to track each order and inform customers of any delays.
Your communication and coordination skills come in handy as you work with the purchasing manager to ensure all necessary materials are available, and you coordinate delivery and installation.
Your responsibilities won't end there, you also review monthly billing and address contract discrepancies as they arise.
Finally, you check on our manufacturing facility in Tijuana and make occasional visits to our facilities around the country.

Knowledge about relationships between general contracts and sub-contractors Ability to interpret construction plans and written specifications Familiarity with FSC, LEED, W.
