Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

Front office /Treatment Coordinator


Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system

- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing

- Provide administrative support to the dental office staff

- Coordinate treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients

- Educate patients on dental procedures and treatment options

- Maintain a clean and organized front office area


Experience:

- Familiar with Dentrix is required

- Being Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish is required

- Being local is a plus

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting

- Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures

- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
