This full time position is for someone that has great customer service and communication skills looking to jump start their career.
Daily
Responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business Following company policies and procedures Using multiple computer applications to access information Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the manager for resolution Processing new business and renewals Reviewing accounts and making changes as needed Uses proper telephone, chat, email and social etiquette Properly greets and communicates with customers Ability to work closely with Account Managers and leaders Job Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, retail or restaurant is preferred Excellent with follow-up and deadlines Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Strong verbal communication Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask Professional appearance and demeanor English/Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required Job Type:
