Ortho is a rapidly growing general dental and orthodontic office in search of a Dental Front Office Assistant who is passionate about team culture, superior quality of dentistry, customer service, and is gifted with building personal connections with our patients.

What we are seeking:


  • 2-3 years of dental experience in in the dental field (preferred)
  • experience with dental insurance (dental billing is a PLUS!)
  • a friendly and outgoing personality and can easily engage in conversation with patients
  • must be detail-oriented, organized & have the ability to multi-task
  • FT position and ok to work one Saturday per month

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
