As Operations Supervisor you will:
Supervise over 30 machinist operating CNC machines, mills, lathes, wire EDMS and toolmakers and their fabrication of fixtures and dies.
Work alongside CNC programmers, design engineers, production control, manufacturing engineers, and quality department to optimize operations, solve problems and ensure product manufacturability.
Ensure tools and supplies are available for maximum operation, overseeing production and completion of expedited and special orders.
Heavily involved in productivity projects including setup time reduction efforts, cycle time improvements, machine efficiency and utilization, quality control, and tooling.
Ensure that production is completed on schedule and in accordance with specifications and quality standards.
This Operations Supervisor has:
BS Degree in Engineering preferred
Strong experience working with CNC Machines

Years of Machine Shop Experience
3
Years Of Management Experience In A Professional, Production Environment.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 Standards
