Our Fullerton location is looking for vibrant, upbeat and eager individuals to join our neighborhood marketing team.
As a field marketer, you will have the responsibility of educating homeowners about the benefits of solar by door-to-door canvassing and working booths at local events. Our company offers a wide variety of solar customization options including financing, system design and engineering to meet the needs of the diverse group of homeowners canvassers visit each day; which is why we maintain the strongest sales force in Orange County. Our Sales Closers sell 40-50% of all canvass leads they meet with. Come work for a company that respects and values their canvassers and the leads they generate. Prove yourself and move up, we promote from within! $12-15 per hour based on experience plus commission as follows:
$25 per lead
$75-100 per appointment
1% of each sold appointment
Additional incentives for individual and team goals reached
Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-arranged marketing events and professionally represent the company
- Distribute marketing materials in an organized, punctual and reliable method
- Educate potential customers about the economic and environmental benefits of switching to solar energy
- Schedule potential customers for a free in home solar consultation
- Inform prospective customers about the benefits of choosing Applied Solar to complete their solar projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean driving record
- Access to a car and willing to travel to preassigned canvass areas and local events
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Must be comfortable navigating an iPad (one will be provided) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
