You will have the opportunity to help lead our organization in its' sales and marketing approach to a wide variety of industry leading retail, club and/or foodservice operators.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will enjoy the opportunity to lead and help develop a team of experienced, creative, focused and high energy sales professionals. Our sales and marketing team includes, Graphic Designer, Corporate Chef, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, Customer Service and more. You will provide the strategic account leadership in support of corporate initiatives and will be responsible for driving results. As a member of our business development team we want a dynamic leader to develop relationships with current customers as well as identifying new business opportunities.
Passionate about and well-versed in the food industry, understand the major players and channels and have a proven record of influencing large deals in this sector. Play a key role in the development of long term strategies and responsible for developing and executing on the sales and marketing plans to achieve them. Accountable for delivering measurable results that achieve/exceed revenue and margin targets. Follow major market, industry, competitive and customer trends; bring that knowledge base in-house; and be able to identify and recommend unique opportunities. Lead concept development, food product innovation and packaging.
Bachelor's Degree required with minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales/national account management level sales within the food industry. A proven track record of delivering significant sales growth results with major national accounts, as well as demonstrated abilities in developing and implementing innovative, value-driven sales strategies and exceptional service with the creativity and resourcefulness of a passionate entrepreneur. Effective negotiation skills and proven record of being able close complex deals at the highest levels of an organization. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Strong technical background; able to use tools effectively to communicate, analyze data and create effective presentations. Ability to travel required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
